1. Do you think that Councils and community members need to have a greater voice in planning and development decisions affecting their local area?
   Communities have a right to determine the development and changes in their living environment this is a basic human right the current act regulations and code violate this

2. What role should Councils play in protecting local heritage places from demolition or inappropriate development?
   with community involvement councils are the community representative and should with adequate consultation of locals determine retention and demolition of structures within their local area

3. How would you seek to improve protections for heritage places in your area?
   Areas should be looked at as a whole and original subdivision standards maintained together with protecting ares for garden and green space keeping our suburbs green

4. We rarely see new places added to local heritage listings. Why do you think this is?
   better controls and less involvement and power from developers

5. How has the Planning and Design Code impacted on the heritage, amenity, and environment of your area? What changes would you seek to the Code?
   thrown out totally it is totally unworkable

6. What are the impacts of infill development in your area? What changes would you seek in the rules around infill development?
   less green space with the current system need to have greater controls and the allotment sizes increased with a specified green area
