THE STATE GOVERNMENT SHOULD PULL THEIR HEADS IN. LOCAL GOVERNMENT IS THE LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT CLOSEST TO THE PEOPLE I THINK THE WHOLE PROCESS OF DAP WAS A RETROGRADE STEP, COUNCILS SHOULD BE THE PLANNING AUTHORITY FOR THEIR AREASDo you have any other thoughts about the protection of heritage in your Council area?
