   Using a common sense approach to retain examples of local heritage without unduly restricting development progress in the interests of local economies and subject to ratepayer input

   Sensible planning controls

   Examples of historic buildings and structures

4. What policies and programs will you advocate to protect and conserve heritage in your local area?
   As above

5. Do you support local Councils retaining development approval powers for projects over $3m in value?
   Strongly support all development at the local levels being within the province of the local authority and thus the province of local ratepayers
