    It needs to take a leading role

    Grant funding to ensure policing of regulations

    Getting started. It has been on our agenda for many years and some funding has been provided and set aside but it appears to always be on the backburner when raised.

    Yes

    Councils need to be persuaded/told to start a heritage program
