  1. What do you think Council's role is in protecting and conserving heritage?
    With the assistance of State & Federal Government and National Trust, which we need, I believe our Council are very good at protecting & conserving heritage in and around Burra and in the Goyder Region. We love our heritage and strive to maintain it.

  2. What measures and incentives do you support to protect and conserve local heritage?
    Whatever is affordable and attainable.

  3. What is the most important heritage protection issue in your local government area?
    Buildings, dugouts, mining history.

  4. What policies and programs will you advocate to protect and conserve heritage in your local area?
    Keeping to our present system

  5. Do you support local Councils retaining development approval powers for projects over $3m in value?
    Depends on what they are

  6. Do you have any other thoughts about the protection of heritage in your Council area?
    Protection of heritage in any council must be grasped by the people not just council, this is imperative.
